Bespoke Party Bag
This is a bespoke project commissioned by a film producer, celebrating an Oscar nomination at the iconic Versailles Palace. I created a party bag to shine at the occasion and to transition from cocktails to the dance floor with glamour.

Mood Board
The mood board was created for the vibe of the night - France, glitter, palace, disco lights. A black and gold theme was identified but more work is to be done to interpret this in a very artistic and innovative way.
Design
With extensive research and trials, I proposed weaving fine metal chains to create a jewellery-esque handbag, adding shine and glamour. An crochet style gives French vibes and artisanal aesthetic. Different takes on the combination was tested and presented to client.
The Craft
The outer layer was crochet with organic cotton and 18K gold plated chain. To add structure and longevity to the bag, I lined it with smooth Nappa leather on the inside.
